Hostage/Crisis Negotiations: Assists Hostage/Crisis Negotiation Team staff in establishing and controlling communications with a subject involved in a hostage/barricade/suicide or related crisis incident.
 Tactical Response/High Risk Warrants: Helps to disable wireless video surveillance equipment to allow Tactical Response Team staff to preserve the “element of surprise” during high risk entry.
 Drug Enforcement: Helps to prevent drug dealers and accomplices (look-outs) to warning other criminals of raid activity.
 Correctional: Helps to prevent inmate use of contraband communication devices used to communicate illegal activities with
   accomplices “outside of the wall.”
